Welcome to the official Web site for Salman S. Razi, MD, providing state-of-the-art urology care in the Tracy area. Dr. Razi is a Board Certified physician of Urology. As a Urologist, Dr. Razi specializes in the evaluation and treatment of male and female urological symptoms and concerns. From the moment you walk through our office doors you will feel at ease and we make every effort to ensure you do each and every visit. We believe in treating each patient the way we would want to be treated. Also, Dr. Razi speaks many languages, including Spanish.

Regular office hours

Office Hours for Dr. Razi are from 8:30am - 5:00pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 8:30 - noon on Tuesday.

Every day – 12:00 - 1:30pm closed for lunch.

Should you need to cancel or re-arrange an appointment please do so at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise there will be a cancellation fee up to $50.

We also will make every effort to see you at your appointment date and time, but occasional emergencies may cause delays. We will do our best to keep you and Dr. Razi on schedule and keep you from being inconvenienced.

Please bring all of your insurance information including your insurance card and, if necessary, your referral. It would be helpful if you could provide us with a current list of your medications and a list of any known allergies.
